Paragraph A: Full Refund
Sigler Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd. provides a full refund of your payment in the following cases if claimed within 48 hours from the date of purchase:
- If you mistakenly bought the service more than one occasion for the same URL.
- If you mistakenly purchased the wrong service, we can adjust the received money on the actual service you might need, and refund you the surplus amount, or request an additional sum.
- If we assess that your project outcomes are beyond our control, and we can’t carry on with your project.
Please note that we will be unable to process the refund for the non-refundable service mentioned in Paragraph C, If we have started working on the project.
Paragraph B: Partial Refund
If you are not satisfied with the purchase or our service, we may extend a partial refund if claimed within 90 days from the date of purchase except non-refundable service mentioned in the Paragraph C. Partial Refund will be considered on pro-rata basis, not exceeding 40% of the purchase value. We will process a partial refund on the base of the authenticity of the claim. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of the request for a refund. Sigler Digital Reserve the right to consider of partial refund after 90 days for the date of purchase and consider on case to case basis.
Paragraph C: We Reserve The Right to Decline Refund Requests in The Following Cases:
- When a client demands a refund immediately after ordering the service, informing he is not going to use the services after ordering it.
- When a client demands a refund immediately after the delivery of the service from our end
- When a Client request for a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for the service or any email communication from us
- When a Client request for a refund for the work such as Link Building plans, Advertisement management service, Directory submission, Article submission, Social bookmarking, Reputation management, we do not offer any refund unless the project has not been started from our end.
